The National Digital Archive of Datasets (NDAD) contains archived digital data from UK government departments and agencies. The system has been available since March 1998. The information in this archive is primarily UK government data that has been prepared or stored on computer, along with associated documents which are scanned and stored as both image and text files. Public documents on paper which have not been digitized (such as certificates of birth, marriage and death) are not within the present scope of this system.

The National Digital Library (CBN Polona) was created to enhance wide and easy access to the digital collections of the Library, including the most important editions of literature and scientific materials, historical documents, journals, graphics, photography, scores and maps. The National Security Archive's Russian language documents are part of the Russian and East European Archival Documents Database (READD), a constantly growing collection of material from the former Soviet bloc archives acquired by the Archive directly or through donations from scholars. In theis repository, the scientific staff of Naturalis stores the electronic version of its publications for future use. The repository also makes sure that references to the publications become available within a international network of information services, thereby increasing the visibility of the publications.

Nature Precedings is a place for researchers to share pre-publication research, unpublished manuscripts, presentations, posters, white papers, technical papers, supplementary findings, and other scientific documents. Submissions are screened by a professional curation team for relevance and quality, but are not subjected to peer review. The repository welcomes contributions from biology, medicine (except clinical trials), chemistry and the earth sciences.

Northwestern University: World War II Poster Collection contains a comprehensive collection of over 300 posters issued by U.S. Federal agencies from the onset of war through 1945. They were collected and preserved by the Government and Geographic Information and Data Services Department at Northwestern University Library. Issued by various U.S. government agencies, these posters represent the government's effort, through art, illustration, and photographs, to pull the American people together in a time of adversity for the country and its population.

The Notre Dame Libraries Medieval & Renaissance Manuscripts contains images of medieval manuscripts housed in the Rare Books and Special Collections department of the University of Notre Dame.

The NUMérisation de Documents Anciens Mathématiques (NUMDAM) programme is monitored by Cellule MathDoc on behalf of the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS). It adresses the retro-digitization of ancient mathematics documents published in France. The first phase concerns five French mathematics serials. The NUMDAM programme is supported by the French ministry of higher education and research by CNRS.
